Our Shipping Policy
How We Do It
Our shop ships through USPS, we offer free shipping on orders totaling $50 or more anywhere within the United States, this excludes on bulk orders, such as 12 or more or the same item at once due the discount of bulk pricing. We charge a flat shipping rate of $9 on orders below $50. If you would like to request another shipping company please contact us through our contact section. Thank you
Returns and Refunds
How It Works
Due to the nature of our business and the orders being either custom made and always made as ordered, we do not accept refunds or returns once you receive your items. We will always have our customers give the okay on the designs before printing the items. If for any reason, we can't design it for you or provide the item, you will be fully refunded. In any case that your item is lost during the shipping process, and we personally can't help locating it, we will replace it. Store Policy
At Ace of Spades Creations, we want to give our customers the most enjoyable shopping experience, one that will keep them coming back to our store time and time again. That’s why we believe that our store policies should be fair, clear and transparent. Below you’ll find a list of all our policies.
We require that you own the rights or license to all images you send to us to recreate for your custom products, we will not create anything with copyright attached unless you provide legal rights to those images.
We ask that you provide all contact information, so that we can reach out to you during the customization process. We will not finish the final print without customer's consent.
When you place any bulk orders, such as 12 or more of the same items at once, you will be required to put a deposit, which will be half down, and the rest will be due upon delivery.
We are opened to ordering items that we do not have in stock upon request, but you will be required to pay in advanced. If you have any questions or concerns, please reach out to us in the contact section.
